Baltimore's Last Waltz

On a crisp November night, some of Baltimore's best live musicians came together for a performance of The Last Waltz benefiting Moveable Feast and it was amazing.

If you couldn't make it out, please consider making a donation to Moveable Feast.

"The mission of Moveable Feast is to foster a community that cares for men, women and children living with HIV/AIDS, cancer and other life-threatening illnesses by preparing and delivering nutritious meals and groceries and providing nutritional counseling and other services."

WTMD First Thursday September 2018

Unfortunately August’s WTMD First Thursday Festival was drenched with an epic amount of rain, but September was a blast! As the last event of summer 2018 it was a little bittersweet, but we can’t wait to come back next year and capture more of these great Baltimore moments.

WTMD First Thursday July 2018

WTMD's First Thursday Festival is one of the best summer activities in Baltimore. We returned for their July event and got some more great shots!

There's something very Baltimore about this picture.

All of the food tastes as good as it looks.

Good times had by all.

More exciting than the World Cup.

WTMD First Thursday June 2018

Every first Thursday of the month during the summer, independent radio station WTMD holds their First Thursday concert in Baltimore's Canton neighborhood. We were there to collect memories of the first one of 2018. Stay tuned for shots from future concerts!

Living Room Sessions: Kyowa

Kyowa found us online, and decided to stop through Baltimore in between gigs.  They have a smooth sound, and a manicured aesthetic. Naturally, we went out and got them the dorkiest instruments we could find.

See Kyowa in their element at: www.listentokyowa.com.

Special thanks to Rex Anderson for providing a sharp ear, and Ted's Music for providing the instruments.

Living Room Sessions: Gunwife Gone

For this month's Living Room Session, we put Baltimore Cabaret rockers, Gunwife Gone to the task of playing one of their songs with nothing but homemade and found instruments.  They had about a week to rehearse. By the end of it, drummer Ryan had managed to find 15 sounds you can make with a water cooler jug. So remember, the next time you are at the office and the water cooler is empty, pop that shit off and see what kind of music you can make. I'm sure your coworkers won't mind.

Special thanks to audio technician Rex Anderson for mixing and mastering the audio for us.
